An established Sunshine Coast Accounting Firm is seeking a Career focused Intermediate Accountant to join their friendly and focused team. (Due to expansion)
This position will suit an Accountant who is serious about their accounting career with a willingness to grow and learn in a supportive team environment.
You will be working closely with a Senior Accountant and have the ongoing support of the partners of the firm.
To secure this fabulous position you will have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years experience in Public Practice
- Accounting qualifications and the desire to complete either CA or CPA
- A keen interest in taxation with the intension of furthering their experience through guidance and mentoring
- Preparation of income Tax returns for individuals, companies and various entities
- A willingness to learn and process Accounting work as directed
- Preparation of BAS returns
- Team focused attitude
- Australian Tax Legislation knowledge
- The ability to meet productive targets
- Communicating with Senior Accountant and partners
